     1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

*****************************************************************

This plugin comes in 2 versions

1. Crusaders_of_Tamriel.esp
	check this to have the plugin build a small shop in
	Ebonheart where you can buy Crusader and Roman armor,
	and add several Crusaders and Imperial Champions NPCs.

2. Crusaders_of_Tamriel_NO_NPCs.esp
	check this to have ONLY the shop in Ebonheart.

PLEASE CHECK ONLY ONE, NOT BOTH ESPs!

     2. WHAT IS IT?

*****************************************************************

This is for all the people who liked the Crusader set by Khan Raider,
but don't want the original steel helm, steel shield and Chrysamere
sword being replaced.

Additionally, it will built a small Crusader shop in Ebonheart, which
sells Crusader and Imperial(Roman) Armor made by me.

Finally it will populate some cities and imperial forts with NPCs
wearing the new armor.

All armor is based on authentic Crusader and Roman armor.

The shop sells also an Ancient armor set using the Darker Morrowind
steel armor textures, to differentiate plain and ancient steel armor.

This was made on a personal request and for personal use, so if you
don't like the armor... don't buy it!

A weapon add-on is on the going...

Plans are to build Crusader quarters in the Crusader's Rest Lower Levels
and to build a Crusader Order you can join, achieve advancement, with
quests, etc. Currently I am working on historical details, to make the
Crusaders fit the Morrowind lore (as far as this can be achieved).

     3. PLAYING THE PLUGIN

*****************************************************************

From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box
next to the Crusaders of Tamriel.esp file.

     4. Save Games

*****************************************************************

This plugin will not invalidate your old saved games. If you save 
your game while this plugin is loaded, you may encounter error
messages when you reload the saved game without the plugin. Ignore
them as there will be no problems whatsoever with your game.

BETA-TESTING by Ronin49

The ancient steel armor textures are made by Michael 'Helios' Bennett,
taken from his Darker Morrowind retexturing mod.

The crusader shield, helm and roman helm meshes are made by Khan Raider.

The original crusader shield, crusader helm, the Crusader Faith Sword,
and the steel bastardsword/shocksword textures are made by Khan Raider.

All other textures are made by me.

All textures are based on authentic medieval items (even the books!),
except the Imperial Armor sets based on authentic Roman Armor sets.

The book texts are part of the Internet Medieval Source Book.
The Sourcebook is a collection of public domain and copy-permitted texts
