     1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

Copy the file to the 'Morrowind\Data Files' folder.

From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box 
next to the Stinkers Patch.esp file.

There has been an issue of soap sellers not restocking soaps. 

Soap sellers DO restock soaps every spawning cycle
(default spawning cycle is 4 months in Morrowind, I think),
and every time they restock, they get different kind of soaps. 

If this is too long for you, you can load this patch AFTER the 
Bathing mod to have soap sellers never run out of soap. 

Be warned that this will give to a soap seller the same kind of 
soaps every time you barter with him/her though. 

It's up to you to decide, whether you will use another public bath
that has soap supplies, or have every public bath have their own
supplies of soap that don't change throughout the game.
